1. How long does it usually take from inquiry to receiving samples?

It is usually 3 to 5 weeks. The exact time depends on part complexity and mold difficulty. We will provide a detailed schedule after receiving your materials.

2. What file formats do you support?

We support mainstream 3D formats such as STEP, IGES, X_T and SLDPRT, as well as PDF and DWG drawing files.

3. What is the minimum order quantity?

We support production from prototypes to mass production, and the minimum order can be as low as 10 pieces.

4. Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?
